This solves the old problem of velcro wearing out. It has high quality velcro straps. The x back feature is actually very effective. It's never too tight but does a good job of strengthening my lumbar joints. At my stage of arthritis I feel pretty wobbly when I walk, both in my hips and knees. Wearing the brace stabilizes my walking. The cold pack is very cold and bracing. All in all I'm not looking for a miracle product but this brace has been good for me.

After 5 failed back surgeries. I found this state of art system that helps take weight off pinched nerve with spinal stenosis. I rate this hot and cold 2x size back brace as the cadillac of back braces. I have bought dozens. this is the best. 100 percent.

I have had neck/back issues for years due to poor posture. I tried an off-brand back support brace but it didn't have the cross tension or hot/cold pouch. The off-brand I could tell I was wearing it. I have only been wearing the X-back for an hour and now trying the heat pack. I can hardly tell I have it on but the support is there and the heat pack feels great. After reading about some of the other products I want to try the posture-correct brace for the shoulders and the compression sleeves for the arms and legs.
