    Had back injury in early 2000 years. As a result, have advanced disc degeneration and lost 3.5 inches of height. I wear this brace when I work at my desk for several hours 7 days per week. Helps me to keep good posture. Also wear when I mow the yard. Am not able to wear when I drive my car or when I go to church. Is very uncomfortable when I try to sit with my back up against the pew in church. Also wear while on my outside bike on inside training device. Spend about 80 minutes per day on this workout bike. Again, it help me kee good posture. Also, I seem to experience less back pain during the day as a result of wearing this back brace.

    I do have a question. The adds on television that I see show individuals wearing the back brace with an upper body shoulder harness. Don't believe that I need that but curious about what situations require the back brace with upper body harness?
