    Relieved my foot pain

    I wasn’t sure if my problem was caused by my arches. My pain was on the outer side of my foot about in the middle. It had been going on for a few months. I was about to see a doctor but I hike a lot and didn’t want to be told to stay off of my feet. I tried the Arch Relief Plus supports and it has really helped. My pain is virtually gone. I also ordered the Arch Relief bands that don’t have the orthotic on the bottom as I found that if certain shoes have a lot of arch support it’s too much to use with the Arch Relief Plus orthotic too.
