Great lower support, much is needed for the upper back with the shoulders support.
Great Lower-Back Support, But the Shoulder Straps Need Improvement
The Copper Fit MAX lower-back support is excellent. It provides noticeable support and feels like a quality product when it comes to the lower back. If I were rating the lower-back portion alone, I would absolutely give it 5 stars.
Unfortunately, the upper-back support that wraps around the shoulders is where the product falls short. I have adjusted the straps several times, but I still cannot get them to fit comfortably. Instead of providing additional support, the shoulder straps feel like they are cutting into my shoulders and creating more pain and discomfort.
That is a major issue because the whole purpose of a support product is to provide comfort and stability—not create another source of pain.
I really believe Copper Fit has a good product here, but the shoulder-strap design needs to be reconsidered. If the upper-back portion were redesigned to provide proper support without putting pressure on the shoulders, this could easily be a 5-star product.
Bottom line: Excellent lower-back support, but the shoulder straps significantly affect the overall experience. Fix that part, and you have a much stronger product.
