Strap on the band snugly and fasten the hook-and-loop closure.

Tight fitting garments can cause heat rash or other skin conditions, especially when hot and sweaty. Copper Fit should provide compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation. If pain persists or a rash develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.
