Relaxation less pain
Been wearing since I received . My back is shot . Need relaxers . This places the right pressure in the right spots to allow movement with less pain . And improves posture . It doesn't get rid of the pain.. but it does make it more tolerable and with time less severe. I have fallen asleep wearing it ..
