I have a few other copper fit compression sleeves, and I use them daily on both knees. I've had a condition called osteochondritis dissecans since I was a teenager, and over the years the knee pain got progressively worse. I haven't been able to run more than 50 feet without pain since I was in high school over 30 years ago.

I recently started doing Amazon deliveries, and I wouldn't be able to get through a single day without the sleeves. This particular mobilizer is a step up from the other version that I have, and I'm able to do things that I never would've considered possible previously. I still can't run at a consistent clip, but I'm able to jog and sprint when needed with little to no pain at all. I can't recommend this mobilizer enough!
