Ice Plantar Fascia Ankle Sleeve

I'm a Type-2 Diabetic who endures sleep deprivation from night-time neuropathy. All of the costly over-the-counter pain relief ointments & creams have failed to impress. Also, I've had side effects with using prescription Gabapentin.

Being sleep deprived, it has impacted my life tremendously. Recently, my Nurse Practitioner suggested that I try "400 mg" Spring Valley Magnesium Oxide tablets. I take one pill at night and on the following day I notice pain relief. Then, like many Diabetics, I also endure feet swelling for no rhyme or reason. I purchased Copper Fit L/XL Ice Plantar Fascia Compression Sleeves/Ankle Socks with open toes (2x per box). I'm not sure if it's the infused copper or the compression, but it works for me.

What a difference these two products have made in my quality of life/sleep, I'm now sleeping throughout the night. That alone has been worth its weight in gold, at a budget I can afford.

Just food for thought... I think that Copper Fit would benefit tremendously, if they were to make their products in various skin tones. I can see where vain people are reluctant to wear black out in public or unable to conceal under clothing.
